What does the acquisition of Altair by Siemens mean for TrueInsight customers?

Overall, this transition will mean that TrueInsight will be able to support its customers for more than just Altair solutions. As we continue to integrate into the Siemens ecosystem, our technical expertise will continue to grow. With that said, we want to assure our existing customers that the current level of support you are currently receiving from TrueInsight for your Altair solutions will not be going away. 

Will Altair solutions be integrated into other Siemens tools?

It's probably too early to say exactly what changes will be made to the current offering, but we do know that the solution you currently use will still be available to use. If anything, as the transition happens your current solution will most likely get more powerful.

Will TrueInsight continue to be my reseller and point of contact?

Yes, nothing will change with regards to who your Support and Account Manager are.

What Siemens Solutions will TrueInsight be able to support?

We are very excited to be able to represent some of the best-in-class tools that are currently in the Siemens portfolio. The Altair and Siemens portfolios compliment each other very well.

The Siemens offering includes Siemens Mendix, which is a a powerful low-code application development platform that enables engineers, IT professionals, and business users to rapidly build, deploy, and scale web and mobile applications without extensive programming.
